At Samaris.io, we strive to provide high-quality consulting services that deliver value and support your global business goals. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or engaging our services.

1. Service-Based Nature of Our Business

Samaris.io provides professional services such as:

  • Financial consulting

  • Import-export support

  • International trade facilitation

As these are customized and strategy-based services, we do not offer refunds once a service engagement has started or been delivered.

2. Consultation Bookings & Payments

If you book a paid consultation or service:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund in rare cases where:

  • The service was not delivered due to an error on our side.

  • You made a duplicate payment by mistake.

  • You cancel a project before any work has commenced (within 48 hours of payment).

To request a refund, please contact us at info@samaris.io with:

  • Your full name

  • Service details or invoice number

  • Reason for the refund request

We will assess each request individually.

4. Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Completed within 7–14 business days

5. No Guarantee of Results

Due to the strategic and advisory nature of our work, outcomes depend on multiple external factors. We do not guarantee specific business results and therefore cannot issue refunds based on expectations not being met.
